"Everything was incredible, the house was very clean and very comfortable. In addition, having 3 bathrooms was also very convenient. The bedrooms were all roomy and overall we had the best stay here. The location was amazing, it is super close to great bakeries, restaurants and shops but it was also a nice quiet neighborhood. The host was also super nice and responsive, it is really easy to get in contact with the host in case you have any problems and the instructions on getting the keys and entering the apartment were very clear and easy to follow."

"We didn't mind this but there is a metro line underground right under where the apartment is located so we could feel when a train passed but it wasn't anything significant. Just something to consider for people that are light sleepers or sensitive to this."

"This apartment is in a fantastic location, conveniently close to nice restaurants, metro stations, and bus stops. The space is beautiful, featuring a well-equipped kitchen (with the added bonus of free coffee), ample towels, and very comfortable rooms. The host was great at communicating. "Be aware, it is a city apartment on the first floor, facing Blvd, Beaumarchais, so the front bedroom is noisy. Also, the #8 Metro runs by the apartment."

"Great location at the edge of the Marais, easy to get to from Eurostar and with a few Metro options within a few minutes' walk. Great apartment for a family of 3 (probably fine for two couples too) - especially having the extra shower room and good layout with a quieter room away from the lounge. Comfy and clean and spacious enough for some downtime when feet are tired with a supermarket, boulangerie, cafes and restaurants all close at hand. Nicely decorated and loads of towels/pillows which is always good."

"The main negative point for us was dealing with the check-in company ahead of the visit. There was an issue with booking an early check-in (essential for us due to a disability) in that it was booked/paid for and then randomly cancelled. Getting this rectified was stressful, time-consuming and we didn't get an apology for the extra hassle involved - rather they seemed intent on just asking me to pay again when I wasn't at fault. The confirmation that we COULD get in early was only received (after much contact initiated by me, not them) on the morning we were due to arrive. I hope they read this and consider how they can improve their customer service. However, luckily the flat itself was very welcoming and once in, this stress was forgotten. Just a few minor tweaks could make this even better - a couple of door stops would help (internal bedroom door could bang TV), there's a mini metal shelf right on the headboard in the same room which needs removing as you could easily bang your head on it, there should be a towel hook in the loo and coat hooks somewhere (there's not much floor space in the rooms to put luggage). We needed scissors and there weren't any and the tea towel was rubbish - not in keeping with the place at all. But this is being very specific and I think it's fairly new to the market, so easy to sort these minor issues."

"The location of the apartment is great! Its a 15 minute walk to the Notre Dame cathedral and even less to Le Marais area. There are two full baths and the beds are comfortable. The A/C worked really well. I would stay here again when visiting Paris."

"Great location, right across from the third arrondissement and close to the Le Marais neighborhood and Bastille place. Grocery store was a 5 min walk and great restaurants close by. It was also very quiet. Large with a nice kitchen."
